Found: Skipper 15640, in Washington, DC
In Response To: Watchuwearing Friday! *PIC* ()

Found: during a quick visit to Gold-N-Time, in Washington, D.C., Heuer Skipper Reference 15640, in absolutely amazing condition.

I will write a more detailed report when I return to Atlanta, covering the watch and the store, but wanted to show off this Skipper, purchased yesterday afternoon, at Gold-N-Time, a nice little shop in Washington, D.C. . . . http://www.gold-n-time.com/

Finish on the case is amazing -- untouched original, with very light wear; running report is great -- we passed the Naval Observatory clock last night, and this morning the chrono is spot-on the time; I prefer the thinner 1163 / 1563 series of cases, but it seemed worthwhile to give this five-digit guy a try . . . the blue and orange are very pretty.

I have been wanting to build out the Skipper section of OnTheDash, and this one will provide the motivation.
