Wow! How do you end up on the "skins" of these buildings?

Francesco, I hope you don't mind me asking but how do you end up on the sides of these tall buildings? My curiousity is killing me! Are you a building inspector, mechanical engineer, architect . . .? You appear too well dressed in the pics to be up there washing windows so I'm guessing you are evaluating the exterior condition of these high risers, perhaps? The photos are spectacular and one of my favorite postings seen here on OTD! Be safe! I'm not afraid of heights but I have a feeling that would change if I were up that high and outside!
