I've always liked the Omega Speedmaster Professional moonwatch so that'd have to be in there.
Also a Panerai Luminor Chronograph Daylight PAM196.
Finally, ermmmmm, not sure, there are so many but for now I'll choose another Panerai, a Radiomir Chronograph PAM288

Panerai's may not be to everyone's taste, but I love 'em.
