CFM - Heuer 510.501

Up for sale my first vintage Heuer , ref. 510.501 (date-only), with the famed and now coveted movement Lemania 5100, with central minute and second chrono hands and 24-hr subdial at 12 o'clock.
Bought from Alistair at ATG in the UK in 2007 and fully overhauled by Jasper at ClassicHeuer in 2009.

FEATURES
Black PVD case, crown and pushers
Date at 3
Mineral glass
Waterproof to 10 atm (though not recently tested).
Internal tachymetre ring
Reference and other data engraved on case back, with large Heuer centre logo.
Non-original black PVD bracelet

CONDITIONS
Runs greatly, both time and chrono functions.
All chrono hands perfectly reset to zero.
Cosmetic conditions
Case: no dings, scratches or other hard signs.
The black PVD is in nice conditions, some peeling off the internal lug edges on the case back and some slight discolouring on the edges.
Dial: very good
Hands: very good. Orange chrono central hand pigmented from sunlight as happens on most L5100
Lume is really great, glows in the dark very brightly.
Glass: very good.

Comes with a very nice and hardly worn generic black PVD bracelet.
I will also include a used black racing strap from ATG, very thick and supple, gently used, with a customized black PVD Heuer buckle.

No box or papers, but a very nice black box- which suits the watch very well! - will be included.
