Experience/ideas to make 22mm bracelet end pieces?

I have a large stock of NOS steel NSA bracelets, including one of the styles originally on the Monacos, all with 20mm straight ends. I've had several emails from folks here who want the bracelets, but need the 22mm end pieces that were put on these same bracelets by Heuer to use these on a Monaco or Silverstone. Wondering if we couldn't get a project going to have new 22mm end pieces made from a sample of the 20mm ones or from somebody's existing 22mm end piece? Better than waiting for the rare and outrageously expensive 22mm bracelets to pop up on EBAY. Any thoughts, please post here or email me, thanks in advance - Bill Mahoney (aka Squinky)
