to get ahold of an original monaco, so i'm guessing here, but the crystal is plastic/acrylic? if so and the scratch isn't real deep...try a product called poly watch. it will shine the crystal to look like new. i've heard brasso works, but i've never tried it, so......

no polishing wheel! no need for it. hand power is all that is required.:)

also toothpaste will do the job, but i prefer poly watch myself. this is quite easy to do, you can fix this problem yourself and if you have alot of plastic crystal watches it will come in handy to get rid of all those light scrathes that will happen. hope this helps?
