When we start thinking about some of these "simple" questions, and doing the research into the history of our beloved Heuers, it is amazing what we might find. I had never thought of the rotating Tachymeter bezel either as being a Heuer innovation or as being unique to Heuer.

This is just a theory / an explanation, and people may come forward with other examples of rotating Tachy bezels, etc., but -- at least for the moment -- I am happy to have found another unique aspect of our Autavias.
