well, I've tried to a few months ago. Wrote them a mail asking about a certain watch, and didn't even get an answer.

OK, may happen, and doesn't necessarily mean they're not recommendable, but on the other hand I have the feeling that "service" or "customer orientation" will probably NOT be the owner's middle name.

I've thought about another try, and would let you know what it was like.
