I have one of these cal 14 gmt's. Is there more info to find? How many were made for instance?

But, for some months it is at a workshop. One part is needed that cannot be sourced easily: 'sekundenrad' in German. First of all, what would be the international name for the part, and secondly, could you help me find one????
