: afterwards. The serial number would be the clincher of course,

Thank you both for answering me. It's true that it looks very modern although its age. And the clarifications about the exact year of production are very useful and interesting to me. I had a Camaro 7743T too, but I finally sold it. I love Heuer vintage chronographs, especially the hand-wound Autavias from the sixties.
