I am interested in finding more information about the original style boxes the various Chronos were delivered in.

So far I have seen the Heuer red cube, the Heuer red cube with racing stripe, the Heuer red cube with racing stripe and 'Automatic' signature, the Heuer blue cube and the racing helmet. Is there a definitive list of what box is appropriate to which watch or was it a lottery at the dealers?

Finally does the box add anything to the value of the watch apart from pride of ownership? Prices on eBay suggest the box is attracting 20% of the value of the Chrono!

Maybe it warrants a pictury gallery of its own.
