This book at 300+ pages with 12 color photos per page; plus calibre #, date, production # inventory in appendix, and $ value estimates, is the best I have seen; cover watches from 1940s-1980s. Text is in German, but its all #s so you can make it out.
Unlike, other watch books that show a few shots of famous models, this catalogs every single model from all the major makers. Has every autavia model made, as well as rare Carrera and Monaco models.
Its about $85 thru some US sources, do a google search.
