my bf has a heuer watch, with 980.023L on the back of it. it is a diver's watch, similar to the Autavia model.. with the exception that the dial is numbered every 10 minutes ( 10,20,30 etc) It is entirely black, with a black rubber strap. it is a dial watch with a numeric date indicator. on the watch it says "quartz, 1000 meters professional". In addition to this, the setting pin is located on the angle as opposed to at the middle of the side..about the same angle as the "20 minutes". the face is protected by double glass; was what the seller told us 20 years ago !! any info about the model/ year would be of great help. would like to know how valuable the watch is as my bf wears it as a daily watch. many thanks everyone :)
