I'm not 100% sure, but I think the early orange divers may have had a similar bezel, ie with no inner ring. I know the one I had didn't. In some of the catalogues, you can clearly see an orange diver with cathedral hands and an 'no inner ring' bezel. (I'll have to check that), but the cathedral hands is a definite yes.
