both wonderful but....

...the Carrera talks to me!

They really are both stunning watches, but there is something about the Carrera that wins over the Seamaster. Maybe its the cleaner, face - although i'd also prefer a Carrera with a Tachy over this Seamaster. I do think the slightly greater space between the subdials on the Carrera give the face a calmer look.

I suppose, if we're honest, it comes down to which camp you prefer, Omega or Heuer - and If I were in the market for a vintage Omega, this would certainly be a consideration although a Speedy would probably be the final choice.

Great pic though and v interesting to see the obvious similarities.
