Great Looking 2446C GMT
In Response To: Latest: Autavia 2446C GMT ()

Mick:

Thanks for posting your message and these very nice photos of your watch.

This is a great looking watch, and everything looks "correct". The plain hands with fluted pushers is a known execution, so there is no reason to doubt that this one is "as it left the factory".

Enjoy this great looking Heuer!!

Jeff

: Hi,

: I would like to discuss my newest purchase, an Autavia 2446C GMT:

:
:

: During my research I've learnt to differentiate two sets of related
: features:

: - main hands: blank vs. red with red tips
: - chrono hand: white vs. red
: - pushers: normal vs. fluted

: As I cannot associate the attribute sets to ranges of serial
: numbers (mine has 1458XX) I would like to know whether the main
: hands are wrong or the other features are wrong (or this is a
: transitional variant).

: Here an image of the movement:

:
:

: Looking forward to the responses and comments of the experts and
: further discussion.

: Thanks,

: Michael
