Parts Have Water Damage / Back and Forth with Seller

Seller has informed me that the original parts that were removed from the watch because the watch had suffered some water damage. Well, of all things . . . he must have forgotten to mention the water damage in the eBay listing.

More coming soon on my correspondence with the seller . . . it's just starting to get interesting!! Executive summary:

  1. Seller: so what do you think of this watch?
  2. Jeff: funny that you should ask . . . here's a blog posting I just did.
  3. Seller: please remove the photos; alleging copyright violation.
  4. Jeff: being used under "fair use" doctrine; do you really want me to post copyright notice and have your name associated with these photos / this auction?
My, my, my . . . the world's about the funniest place to be right now!!

Jeff
