Newbie seeks advice on 2-register chronograph

I am new to Heuer collecting, but admire this listing a lot. Can anyone comment on (a) whether the price is reasonable and (b) what model this may be [I cannot find a comparable and am slightly concerned that it is either a franken or a fake?]
