Looking For Service & Repair

I recently picked up a 2446C GMT from the original owner's grandson. I need to get the watch serviced & repaired. The crown & stem pull out easily. As a result, the time cannot be set. Its also time for a service I'd say.
I'm located in the US, in Kentucky. I usually take my TAG Heuers to the AD to send off for service/repair, but don't know if there is a better option for this Autavia.
Is there a trusted watch repair place you guys are sending your Heuers off to? I'm fairly new here, and thought I read about someone who does this, referred to as "The Master", or something along those lines. I also searched but came up with nothing. Thanks
