Chilean Marines Watch / Sure Looks Like a Heuer to Me

So what do our dive watch experts think of this "Avelia", described on the ChronoMaster UK website, as follows:

Excellent condition Avelia 200 metres divers automatic watch issued to the Chilean Marines. This is an unusual name watch, but all indications show that it is very possibly a re-branded Heuer 200 metre professional divers watch as the cases are identical - it also has the words "Etanche Acier - 20 ATM Automatic on the rear, the same as the Heuer. It is a large and substantial watch, full stainless steel with screw down crown for added water resistance. However the watch is 30 years old and water resistance will need to be properly tested before diving with it. The watch has a mat black dial with typical divers markings and the added military markings in the 24 hour numbers printed in red below the tritium indices. Date window at the 9 position and sturdy uni directional, ratchet operated rotating bezel with iterations to the first fifteen minutes. There are some marks on the bezel at the 12 position. The case back is marked with the military issue numbers as follows "Marina De Chile" then the numbers 844 4568 11.73 It looks like the date of issue is 1973. Rare and unusual watch. Dimensions are: width 41 mm excluding crown, 45 mm including crown, lug to lug 47 mm, thickness 12 mm

Sure looks like a Heuer to me. Awaiting the opinions of our experts.

Thanks to Peter for bringing this one to my attention.
