Wanted: Heuer Monnin bezel click spring

Have recently acquired a lovely Heuer Monnin Quartz that runs as it should but has lost its bezel clicks. When I removed the bezel there is a rather weak retaining spring but no bezel click ring. Does anyone know where I can obtain one, would it be the same as for a 1000 Tag Heuer for example.
Any help appreciated
