Re: Generally, Seems that "Double Grains" are Older *PIC*

Hi Jeff....

I will gladly gather your requested information and provide additional pic's the next time

I pull her out of the safe deposit box....

In the mean time here's another picture we may enjoy...

I have only seen one other like this with the orange tech and that

was the one in the aution...

It appears my second hand is orange and not red like the other I have seen....

It appear sto be original as all 3 hands match perfectly...

Thanks Craig

: Somewhere on my list of projects, there is the idea of doing a page
: that will cover the bracelets.

: There are people who have tracked this much more closely than me,
: but I believe that the manual wind models from the 1960s --
: Autavia, Carrera and Camaro, for example -- had the double grain
: style bracelet. These models were also used for some models into
: the 1970s, but the single grain version was also introduced for
: the automatic Autavias, etc.

: Three key questions about your bracelet and Camaro -- (1) how are
: the end-links marked (typically, three letters)? (2) what date
: is stamped in the clasp of the bracelet (quarter / year)? (3)
: can you provide the serial number of the Camaro? It would laso
: be fun to see some additional photos of the watch; it looks like
: a nice one!!

: Thanks,

: Jeff
