Let me first say, what a great collection.
Your storage case looks great, it is simple and effective. Much better than my attempts about a year ago. I over thought mine and didn't come out nearly as nice. I may have to borrow your ideas with the denser foam. I went with a softer less dense foam and covered it. It works, but just isn't as nice looking as yours. Great work!
