Same here George, I'd love to learn how to clean & oil a Cal. 12. There is a guy over on TZ-UK who has started a watchmaking course, it's serious stuff, I looked into it, thinking it was a short course, but it's a proper 3 yr course, with fees over $50k !

He has set up a blog to document some of his learning.. it's not been going long, but worth bookmarking for the future:
