Coloured minute tags 2447T

Hello everybody,
I'm new to this forum, my name is Tom, I live in Italy. I'm considering buying a 2447T and while looking for information I came across this picture on the Avantnoire website:

It seems as if the small tags (I don't know what they're called) at the 5 minute positions have small coloured dots on the inside and the outside. Is this only my impression or are the dots really coloured. If they are coloured, is there a reason for this?

Thanks, Tom
