Seeking Expert to Repair Heuer Pilot 230.006 Movement

I recently purchased a Heuer Pilot which worked fine for a few months before stopping.

A local shop specializing in TAGs checked the battery, which is fine, and confirmed that it was a movement issue.

They sent it to TAG in USA, who refused to work on it. I gathered that they did not have the parts to repair it. They didn't offer the option of sending it anywhere else such as TAG in Switzerland.

If anyone is able to help it would be greatly appreciated! Preferably someone in the US but I'm not adverse to working with someone overseas.
