Re: Heuer Tool ?
In Response To: Re: Heuer Tool ? ()

Hey Stewart

Not suggesting it is a tool 033 just saying that
it appears to have an opening the right size to
get the job done.

Is very "industrial" which suggests prototype.

The Heuer stamping on the front and back would
be hiden if it were attached to something which
makes me believe it should be by itself, like a tool.

A real tool 033 would require a mold and probably
would have been outsourced. If you were working
on a prototype watch and needed a tool NOW it
might look like that.

Eric, any chance you can measure the distance inside
clearence?

Thanks

Rob
: Rob,
: RichC has a tool 33, it's a precision plastic, or Perspex looking
: thing. It could be connected, I've no idea.

: Eric, nice find, I love little finds like this.. Being as it looks
: 'industrial', I wonder if it's something to do with racing
: timing equipment??

: Cheers
: Stewart
