I think it looks great. Did you do it yourself?

To me it is a matter of personal preference and you can do as you please. Although like they say, it can only be original once. With that being said I tend to go both ways on the lume debate.

If is in bad condition or missing, then have it relumed. Its even better if it can be aged a little in keeping with the age of the watch. If its in rather good shape or only a little bit is missing than I would probably say to leave it alone.

In your case it looked rather on the bad side and it appears that you did a good job redoing it. So for me it wouldn’t be much of a detractor in its value.
