Re: Why Are There So Many NOS Heuers??

Could it be that many models weren't actually great sellers when they were launched and therefore quite a few ended up sitting in stock rooms for a good few years. Then are their popularity grew and collectors began to search them out they came of of the woodwork?

: I've been thinking about this for a while-- why does there seem to
: be so many new old stock Heuers out there? I never see NOS Rolex
: or Omega, and they made SO many more watches, so you'd think
: there would be more NOS pieces too, right? What is it about
: Heuer that has led to so many NOS pieces? Did they just not sell
: well so there are a lot "left over"?
