I don't know, but not much says Heuer at first glance, markers and "Automatic Chronograph" text notwithstanding.

Tritium marked Cal 11/12 dial? Would be a first for Heuer, especially in combination with the "Swiss Made" rather than just "Swiss" text.

At a glance, the markers seemed pretty haphazardly placed, but the usual trick of drawing extrapolation lines shows they are actually pretty well aligned, bar the one at 4 o'clock.
