Added to OTD: Hamilton Pan-Europ 703 (Poor Man's Autavia)

At long last, we have created a section for one of the favorite "Poor Man's" Heuars, the
Hamilton Pan-Europ 703
-- perhaps the Poor Man's only choice for an automatic Autavia.

Favorite elements: the deep blue bezel and the concave shape of the top surface. And, yes, I realize that this one needs a new crystal!

There has been some recent interest in these watches, as they were re-issued by Hamilton within the past couple of years, as described in this Hodinkee posting -- http://www.hodinkee.com/blog/2011/2/14/pre-basel-the-hamilton-pan-europ-then-now.html

Photos shown below; would like to add more, if readers have photos to share.
