Autavia 3 dail, all black

Hi, I am looking for an Autavia 3 dial all black, with a tachometre-bezel. I once saw this watch and still think it´s the most beautiful i´ve come across. But after a few years of e-bay and looking at a lot of web-sites I never came across it again. When I take the 5 styles of the 73663, it resembles the most the "D". It certainly didn´t have red or orange hands like "C", they could have been steel or white, and the the little marks at the hours, I´m not sure, but I remember them being more like "D" then "B" but I´m not sure either. Can anyone of you confirm the existence of such a watch, and does anybody have a picture of it?
As I´m pretty new in this scene, how about, other then e-bay could I go about getting a watch like that?

Thanks for any help!
