Autavia 3 dail, all black

Hi, I am looking for an Autavia 3 dial all black, with a tachometre-bezel. I once saw this watch and still think its the most beautiful ive come across. But after a few years of e-bay and looking at a lot of web-sites I never came across it again. When I take the 5 styles of the 73663, it resembles the most the "D". It certainly didnt have red or orange hands like "C", they could have been steel or white, and the the little marks at the hours, Im not sure, but I remember them being more like "D" then "B" but Im not sure either. Can anyone of you confirm the existence of such a watch, and does anybody have a picture of it?
As Im pretty new in this scene, how about, other then e-bay could I go about getting a watch like that?

Thanks for any help!
