The description is quite misleading and is refering to the automatic Monaco ("...1969 Steve McQueen...")
You are right, it is NOT.

However it could be a genuine Monaco.
According to our Master Reference Table it could be the 73633B (or the 74033G) model with a Val.7736 (or 7760).

Well, I guess we are all quite confused with all these semi-genuine, Franken, fake, and "aftermarket" Heuers and the misleading descriptions make things even worse...
