I have a couple like this, and have been told that they were not made by Heuer. Heuer did make some of the Tradition chronographs for Sears, but I was told that this model was not made by Heuer. Still, I like the look and these seem to be well-made - - - they have a very solid feel to them.

The scripted "R" on the movement is the mark for "Valjoux".

In terms of value, I believe that they generally change hands in the $200 range, but that is only a guess.
