I fear somebody will get burned here - ebay Monaco

In short the dial doesn't look right.
- Heuer too boldly pinted
- Heuer sheild set too low
- Lack of seriph's on the word Monaco
- Lack of seriph's on the black minute & hour markers in the registers
- Numbers in registers printed too bold
- Two lume dots either side of the 12 hour marker
- ...well i'm certain the list could go on
