the markers are all over the place -- compare placement of the 2:00 and the 10:00 markers; then compare placement of the 5:00 and 7:00 markers . . . somewhat random / no symmetry here.

lines in the registers and "Heuer" / "Monaco" lettering are also questionable.

I don't think Heuer made this dial.
