Heuer split second stopwatch

I hope someone can give me relevant info regarding the manufacturing date and the purpose of use about my Heuer stopwatch. It is a split second chronograph with dual second hands in the center, a 30 minute counter on the 12 position and a subsecond dial on the 6 position. The outer dial is divided into 100 seconds for the time recording. The Heuer logo is signed on the 30 minute counter on the dial, and there are some inscriptions on the case back that read 6GPO BAU54 FHR55 60424 probably for military ordnance code.
