The vast majority of us have dreamed of owning such a rare beauty in this condition. I would guess that the seller has received quite a number of emails concerning the sale of the watch but for the most part potential buyers would be loathe to air their offers or even opinions for fear of tipping off the opposing bidders.
The other side of the equation is that we rarely comment on For Sale items from Chronotrader (unless they are non-genuine) for fear of medalling in others deals.
We often see (or hear rumours) of the premier pieces changing hands in very low key transactions , away from the rest of the community.
My guess is we will see more of this watch when/if the seller finds a buyer & you can guarantee there will be more discussion of it as it is shown to the forum.
