I had my local watch maker do a non water pressure test and it failed. So I guess it is back to the drawing board for me.

: and stem still in place. It took a little bit of playing around
: but I got it in there and seated correctly. On my crown I was
: lucky that all of the old seal was gone, so I didn't have to dig
: it out. I got the seals from Ofrei or Esslinger, I can't
: remember. It is a mini o-ring gasket assorment for crowns. I
