How To Open Case & Remove Movement/Dial

I noticed that my 11630 GMT has a speck of dust on the dial that I'd like to remove. I examined it with a 10x loupe and the speck is just sitting there.

So how do I get the dial/movement (I'm assuming they will come out as one piece) out of the case? I know how to remove a caseback, but that's about it. Is this a simple operation, or am I asking for trouble? How do I get it back in when I'm done?
