I have the Rios strap on my Autavia and it is a nice strap but not thick or padded enough for my tastes. I will say that it does seem to be well made though.
I do like the idea of a Leather Alligator or half croc strap. I will check the named sites. I really like the Breitling and Maurice Lacroix straps. Heuer's leather croc strap is little to dark in color for me and not quite again thick enough.
I have not seen the straps that are rubber will take a look though.
I guess it is hard to beat the original strap from Tag Heuer but at 150.00 retail>Ouch!! I'll keep looking and if anyother suggestions come in thanks in advance.
