Hi Shaun,

also a story, she chosed me... a year prior to 1971, as a boy, I was on skiing holidays in LaVilla, fresh snow and I flew over, lifted up my nose and there she was : a blue monaco..... I wore her proudly until the following year, again in LaVilla , skiing...., I fell once again and this stupid steel brackelet clasp....., she was gone. Then I saved money as described and bought the grey one at wempe in Frankfurt ............it was a "must" to become a heuer collector...allthough after not wearing any watch for 20 years...
