Indeed, I was "anti-gold" for many years, until one of the amazing 1158 Carreras landed on my wrist (when I wasn't even really looking). As you describe, these are very special watches and I do like this model, with the black accents.

Congratulations on adding this one to your collection and I am happy to have been a part of this memorable day.
