There's no doubting the similarities between the two.
I'm not sure what to call this style of Hour & Minute hands on the Zenith but i like them.
With this in mind i would say i find the Zenith the most appealing of the two watches shown here.
I would, however, add that this is not the preferred execution of the 2446C, i prefer the thin white chrono seconds hand version with an MH bezel - that one would win the fight for me.
