I did some measurements earlier today. The 7734 minute counter hand has a pipe ID that is 0.02mm larger on average than the cal 12. You can pinch the pipe with a reamer installed enough to make it fit tight. The 7734 sub second hand has a pipe ID that is 0.10mm smaller and it would take a lot of reaming to make it fit.

The sub dial hand for the minute counter on a 7734 is close to a
: cal 11/12 and can be adjusted to fit. The sub second on a 7734
: is much smaller due to different post sizes.
