You are correct . . . the second watch is a Carrera 2447 SND (white dial; black registers; decimal minutes scale).

Loved the attention to detail by TAG Heuer, and the fact that immediately upon arrival, the visitor to the Carrera Celebration saw these vintage chronographs.
