seriously, a trip to your local watchmaker is in order, asap before any more trouble develops. i wouldn't bother trying to dry it out yourself as other that taking the back off and leaving the crown pulled out. there is nothing you can do. plus this would only work by evaporation, and in that time the foothold of rust could develop. trust me on this one, take it asap to your trusted and local watchmaker and tell him/her what happened. oh and yes assuming water got into the movement it will need servicing.
