Of this movie gendre, it remains a standard that all others should be measured against...

When watching other "Swords and Shield's" movies I ask myself at the conclusion "Did this movie embarrass itself in way of comparision to this nearly 25 year old movie?"... Most time's the answer is sadly yes. Gladiator, Braveheart, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Last Samurai, Princess Bride, etc. don't embarrass themselves... Far too many other's do.

It's a good movie, the cinematography is outstanding, but it's a little long and pretty gory/graphic at times... But HIGHLY recommended.
