Why are all the ebay Autavia's economy version?

It seems like all the Autavia's on ebay are the Economy version (with thinner case, lower profile bezel, button cutt-outs, and Tachymeter spelled out on bezel) and not the larger thicker case with MH ( 60 minutes, 12 hr bezel).

Outside of the obvious that they sold more of the cheaper version, and thus more are out there.

I prefer the thicker case, sometimes called the Super Autavia case? with the thick link bands....and find very few of this type. I sthere any other tell tale signs (ie, red, orange swirl marks in registers, etc) to tell these versions apart?
