Navia movement into Mastertime?

My Mastertime has a poor dial and missing parts in the movement. I want to sell this with a good 3 Button Monte Carlo.
I also have a good Navia.
Is it 'legitimate' to switch the Arogno 28 Navia movement to the M/Time and find a better 3-6-9-12 dial?
Would this be fair to a future buyer?
